Living a Paradise, Gili Air Life

Hi, everyone!!!
     Oh my god, it's been ages never write something on this blog. I just remember that i have a blog 😁. Actually, i have no idea what to write. Then i'm thinking of this island suddenly. Yuppsss, i guess you guys already know what i'm going to write here hehehe.

     Okay, so i'm living in a really small island called Gili Air. If you are wondering where the hell is this island, it's part of North Lombok. If it's still not sounds familiar, it's fucking close from Gili Trawangan. It will take around 30-40 minutes using a hoping boat from Gili Trawangan (Gili T) to Gili Air, and 2 hours with the boat from Bali. I came to this island for the first time on May 2018 only for one night out of curiosity (because i never come here in my 24 years living my life where i live pretty close from this island 😂) then decided to work here. So i started to live here in the end of August 2018 right after the big earthquake. Sounds crazy huh? That month was such fucking nightmare because of that big earthquake and there was a big chance that there will be another big earthquake. Everyone was freaking out including me because so many bad news on the media. Even right before i took my boat from Lombok Bangsal, there was an earthquake and my mom freaked out and begged me to cancel my plan. But i said "No turning back". Well, i'm still happy that i made that decision. Because for me, this is a paradise. Never thought that i will have this kind of life. This is a life that i want. Why?

     Because i have an easy life here. No stress out. I don't need to wake up early, even working doesn't feel like work because all the colleagues is just like my own family. Playing during working. Because i'm working in a restaurant here and we have a lot of game boards. But our favourite game is dart, so i play with others almost everyday. I also play with customers. Meet a lot of people everyday, having a nice conversation and going to party after work. Well, we don't have a lot of parties here. But at least we have twice a week night parties (now some bars make more day parties). Gili Air is a balance place to live. It's not as crazy as gili Trawangan where you can find parties everywhere and every fucking night. It's also not as quiet as gili Meno. 

     

     This is the best moment in my 24 years live in this world. I used to think that i have to work in the office in big city. But since i started working here, i change my mind. I don't wanna rush everyday, traffic jam, sleeping, the same routine again everyday. I wanna enjoy and relax everyday and going to the beach whenever i want. For you guys, maybe take a short vacation enjoy the ocean with diving or snorkeling, grab some drinks with live music while watching a beautiful sunset on the beach, doing yoga in the morning, or try the cooking class. For me as a local here, i will go to gili Trawangan once a month for party. Take the afternoon boat and come back in the morning 😂. And i'm planning climbing Rinjani Mountain once i get some people to go with. It's kinda risky tho if i go alone because i don't have a lot of experience climbing mountain. If you guys planing to come here and climbing Rinjani, let's go together.

      But from all of that, i love living here because i socialise a lot. Meet a lot of nice people. I used to be introvert. Study, sleeping, watching, gaming and eating.
